805 Card Co. is a sports card business operating from Fresno County, California. You can reach us at 805CardCo@gmail.com about anything on this page, including requests about your own information.

We only collect information you give us. Nothing here is gathered in the background.

• Contact and collection forms: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and whatever you write in the message. If you asked about a specific card, we record which one.
• Placing an order: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, any notes you add, and a record of the cards reserved and their prices at that moment.
• Creating an account: your email address and password, handled by our authentication provider. We can never see your password. You may optionally add a name and phone number to your profile.
• Leaving a review: the name you choose to be credited as, and what you write.
• Your cart: if you are signed in, which cards you have saved.

This list is as important as the one above, and it is accurate as of the date at the top of this page.

• No payment details. We do not take card payments through this website, and no card number, expiry, or security code ever reaches us. Payment for an order is arranged separately with you.
• No stored postal addresses. Shipping details are arranged by email once an order is placed, and are not held in the website's records.
• No analytics or tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording, and no third-party script on any page.
• No profiling or automated decisions. We do not build profiles about you or make automated decisions about you.

If any of this changes — if we add analytics, or begin taking card payments directly — we will update this page and the date at the top before doing so.

This site sets one kind of cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in to your account. It is strictly necessary for the site to work, and it is set only if you create an account or sign in. If you never sign in, no cookie is set.

We use no advertising, analytics, or preference cookies, which is why you have not been asked to accept a cookie banner. You can clear the session cookie at any time through your browser, which signs you out.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because we do not track visitors across websites or over time in the first place, there is nothing for that signal to switch off, and we do not respond to it differently. We also do not allow third parties to collect information about your activity across websites here.

We use three service providers to run the site. They process information on our behalf, under their own terms, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

• Supabase — stores the database, account logins, and card photographs.
• Resend — sends email, such as order confirmations and replies to your enquiries.
• Vercel — hosts the website and serves its pages.

That is the complete list. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or trade it with anyone. We would disclose information if legally required to, and we would tell you unless prohibited from doing so.

If you leave a review, the name you provide and the text you write are published on this site once approved. Please credit yourself however you are comfortable being seen publicly — a first name and initial is perfectly fine. Your email address is never published.

Quotes shown from our public X thread are reproduced with a link to the original post. If you posted one and would rather it were not shown here, email us and we will remove it.

Orders and enquiries are kept as business records, because we need to know what was sold, to whom, and for how much. Account information is kept until you ask us to remove it. Reviews stay up until you or we take them down.

We do not currently delete records automatically on a schedule. If you want something removed sooner, ask.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your account and the information tied to it
• remove a review you left

Email 805CardCo@gmail.com and we will deal with it. There is no form to fill in and no charge. We may need to keep basic records of a completed sale even after deleting an account, for tax and accounting reasons.

There is currently no button in your account to delete it — email is the way, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

Access to the database is controlled row by row, so one customer cannot read another's orders or enquiries, and order prices are always read from our own records rather than accepted from a browser. Passwords are handled entirely by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.

No system is perfect. If we ever discover a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes — such as introducing analytics or a new provider — will be reflected here before they take effect.
